What I do
Two jobs. One goal: your phone rings.
Everything here exists to do one thing: put your business in front of Edmonton customers at the moment they're searching for what you do. No bundles, no add-ons you didn't ask for.
The map listing is the new front door.
When someone in Edmonton searches "electrician near me" or "physio south side," Google shows three businesses on a map before it shows a single website. For most local searches, that map is the decision. Here's what I do to get you into it and keep you there:
Set it up properly
Categories, services, service areas, hours, photos. Most profiles I look at are half-filled-out, and Google rewards complete ones. I fix what's missing and remove what's confusing Google about what you do.
Keep it alive
Google favours profiles that look like the business is awake: fresh photos, posts, questions answered. I keep yours active so it doesn't sink under a competitor who updates theirs.
Build your review engine
Reviews are the biggest lever in the map rankings, and the first thing a customer reads. I set up a simple, repeatable way to ask happy customers for reviews, and I'll show you how to respond to the bad ones without making it worse.
Track what matters
Calls, direction requests, website clicks, straight from your profile's own numbers, reported to you in plain English.
Google reads your website to decide if you deserve the map.
Your Google Business Profile doesn't rank in a vacuum. Google checks your website to confirm you're real, local, and relevant. And once a customer clicks through, the website has one job: get them to contact you. I work on both sides of that:
Local relevance
Pages that say what you do and where you do it, in the words Edmonton customers actually search, not industry jargon.
Speed and mobile
Most of your visitors are on a phone, often standing in the middle of the problem they want you to fix. If the site takes six seconds to load, they're back at the search results.
One clear action
Every page points at contacting you. No mazes, no dead ends, no "check back soon" blog.
The technical housekeeping
Titles, headings, schema markup, indexing: the invisible stuff Google needs. You'll never have to think about it; that's the point of hiring me.
What I don't do.
The shortest section on this site. No social media management. No paid ads. No 12-channel marketing retainers. If what your business actually needs is one of those, I'll tell you that on our call and point you in the right direction. I've been around this industry for 28 years and I know who's good at what.
Wondering which of these your business needs?
That's exactly what the first call is for. I'll have looked at your website and your profile before we talk, so you'll get a straight answer, not a sales script.
